(Painter Classic)

Another late night random painting of myself...started out with me feeling the urge to draw and doodling out a bunch of really crap sketchy things...
Inspired in part, I think, by the new song I've been working on...finally
Anyway. Lately I've been forgoing the whole outlining business and just going right to the painting part...you'll see the other pic I'm doing in this style soon enough. That one's a tad more complex. I'm liking the results anyway...this one is still cartoony, but that's on purpose.

I call this the portrait of a soul because this is what my soul looks like to me. In explanation of that statement, I started to write this semi-big depressed/angry rant thing...but then I realized most people wouldn't want to be barraged by that...so if you care in the least, you can read what I wrote in my journal here: [link]

That looks like it was ACTUALLY painted. In fact, I had to check the submission gallery TWICE to convince myself you hadn't messed up and put it in "digital" by accident.
I am SO impressed!
